Gourmet Club Dinner held on January 19th, 2002
Our Italian Fiest This Gourmet Dinner Club gathering was held on January 19th, 2002 The gathering was held at Sally and Bob's house and the theme was "Italian". This was a 6 course dinner that had us eating for hours. Course 1: Appetizer - Mike and Maureen - Seafood Zoopa and Bruchette Course 2: Soup - Jim and Judy - Classic Italian Flavors by Master Jim Course 3: Pre-Entree - Bob and Sal - Bow Tie Pasta with Pink Vodka Sauce Course 4: Half Time - Intermezzo - Lemon Zest Sorbet Course 5: Entree - Bob and Sal - Veal with Sage and Proscuitto and Side - Dan and Pat - Italian Style Green Beans and Mushrooms Vittoria Course 6: Salad - Annette and Rink - Chestnut and Artichoke Salad Finale Desert - Pat and Dan - Teromisu Birthday Cake and Canolis Plus an Italian Wine tasting with courses 3 and 4.
