This Gourmet Dinner Club gathering was held on January 19th, 2002

The gathering was held at Sally and Bob's house and the theme was "Italian".



This was a 6 course dinner that had us eating for hours.
Course 1:
Appetizer - Mike and Maureen - Seafood Zoopa and Bruchette

Course 2:
Soup - Jim and Judy - Classic Italian Flavors by Master Jim

Course 3:
Pre-Entree - Bob and Sal - Bow Tie Pasta with Pink Vodka Sauce

Course 4:
Half Time - Intermezzo - Lemon Zest Sorbet

Course 5:
Entree - Bob and Sal - Veal with Sage and Proscuitto
and
Side - Dan and Pat - Italian Style Green Beans and Mushrooms Vittoria

Course 6:
Salad - Annette and Rink - Chestnut and Artichoke Salad

Finale
Desert - Pat and Dan - Teromisu Birthday Cake and Canolis


Plus an Italian Wine tasting with courses 3 and 4.
