Our Chinese Dinner at Judy and Jim's


Dinner held on June 21st, 2003


Our Chinese Dinner at Jim and Judy's place is now part of the past but it was a great dinner that will be remembered.


We started out our fiest with appetizers brought by Dan and Pat. They served up some very delicious Shrimp Toast and a Baked Artichoke/Spinach Dip with fresh veggie slices.


Then we had Egg Drop Soup that Annette and Rink created and treated us too.
After that we had a Thai-Vietnamese Salad Bar that Mike and Maureen brought which could have been a meal itself..



Our side dish for the evening made by Sally and Bob were home made Shrimp and Red Pepper Egg Rolls
Our main dish for the evening was Jim's two different Stir Fries. One with Shrimp and Scallops and the other with Chicken and Pork. Both were fantastic!





Judy made dessert for us. She made a couple of Plum Pies which were devoured quickly. So quickly I had to snap a picture of it before it was gone.
