Our "Portuguese" Dinner
This Gourmet Dinner Club gathering was held on August 21st, 2004
The gathering was held at Jim and Judy's house.

Appetizers of Clams and Mussles in White Sauce brought by Mike and Maureen.
Princess Poopolis Soup brought by Sally and Bob.
A Delicious Salad with Pomagranits and Avocado brought by Annette and Rink.
Our Main Dish was Sausage Crusted Redfish created by Chef Jim assisted by his lovely mate Judy.
Carol and Gus treated us to Exotic and Delicious Desserts authentic to the Portuguese Theme.
