ASPARAGUS with BLEU CHEESE

Asparagus, cleaned & trimmed
Extra virgin olive oil
Plum tomatoes
Bleu cheese

Coat the inside of a glass loaf pan with olive oil.

Cook asparagus to al dente.

Cut tomatoes into large chunks.

Layer asparagus, tomatoes and bleu cheese in pan.

Drizzle with a little olive oil.

Bake in 400 degree oven about 10 minutes or until 
cheese bubbles.
