Crustinie with Toppings

                                        

crustinie, sliced baggette bread brushed with 
olive oil and put under the broiler for about 
1 minute, (until toasted)

toppings were:

(1) tomatoe, purple onions, garlic, green pepper. 
chopped up and mixed with alittle olive oil and 
balsamic vinegar.

(2) artichoke hearts chopped up and mixed with 
mayonaise and parmesan cheese, this mixture is 
put on before the crustinie is put under the broiler. 
(same cooking time)

(3) green and black olives chopped up and mixed with 
feta cheese, dash of olive oil 
(garlic optional).
