Lila’s San Diego Cuban Flan




1 can of evaporated milk

1 can of sweeten condensed milk

1 eight ounce package of cream cheese

Three eggs

One teaspoon vanilla

Place all of above in blender

Blend well

Melt one cup of sugar in pan with one tablespoon 
of water in pan on medium heat. Pour caramel into 
a loaf pan, swirl around to cover all four sides 
of the pan. Pour blended flan mixture into the 
loaf pan.

Bake it in a Ban Marie at 350 for one hour.

Cool before serving.

(Hint don’t turn flan out of loaf pan it will 
stay together better if you just leave it in 
the loaf pan and serve it from there.)
