Pumpkin Soup
                               
Ingredients:
2 cans Pureed Pumpkin
3 cloves garlic - crushed 
1 1/2 onions - diced
2 chicken stock cubes
2 vegetable stock cubes
1/4 cup honey
1 lime - juiced
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cayanne pepper
salt pinch
sour cream and fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
In a soup pan heat the pumpkin,garlic and onoins and bring to 
a boil.  Add the chicken and vegetable cubes and some salt if you wish and continue simmering for 1/2 hour.  Add the honey, cayanne, nutmeg and lime juice.  Stir and heat through.  Serve with a dollop of sour cream and fresh parsly.
