Having your own Dinner Club can be lots of fun. The main ingredient of a good club is ….

(1) members that are committed to holding the dinners on a timely basis

(2) willing to research recipes a little bit to create tastey dishes that are authentic to your themes

(3) members that are ready to party and have a good time.

You can pretty much tell how we conduct our club by looking around our website a little while. We don’t have any really rigid rules but we do try to follow a pattern when it comes to scheduling and course assignments. We hold our dinners every 6 to 8 weeks with the host couple picking the theme and organizing the date. The host couple gets to do the entree and the course assignments are handed out using an agreed upon rotation. Like I said, the rules are not rigid and we do switch things up a little if the host couple has a special plan.

What ever works for you is what will determine the rules of your club. The main idea is you now have a good excuse to have a good party on a regular basis. You can get as formal and technical as your members want to be. So get your friends together and go for it. Look through our website and see how we do it and then figure out how you can do it.
